1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order is marked as “Shipped”, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click “Cancel Order” and confirm.

3. Refund on Cancellation
- Prepaid orders: Full refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders: No charge is applied since payment was not collected.
- Partial cancellation: If you cancel some items from a multi-item order, only the cancelled items are refunded.
4. Cancellation by Spicezy
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing error on the website.
- Delivery is not possible to the provided address.
- Suspected fraudulent activity on the order.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.
