Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 at most serviceable pin codes. A small COD handling fee of ₹29 may apply. COD is not available for certain remote pin codes — availability is shown during checkout.

In rare cases of a payment failure, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you do not see the refund after 7 days, contact us with your order ID and transaction screenshot.

EMI options are available on select credit cards for orders above ₹3,000. During checkout, choose "EMI" as the payment method to see available plans and interest rates from your card issuer. We are working on adding buy-now-pay-later options soon.

Yes, a GST invoice is automatically generated for every order and can be downloaded from the "My Orders" section in your account. If you need a customised invoice with your company GSTIN, add it during checkout.

No. The price you see on the product page is what you pay. Shipping charges (if applicable) and any COD fees are clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after your return is received and inspected. For COD orders, refunds are credited to your bank account — our team will collect your bank details securely.
